JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Coordinator (Part-time / Student)
DEPARTMENT: Quality Assurance
REPORTING TO: Managing Director
LOCATION: Køge, Denmark
General Summary of Role
The Quality Assurance Coordinator ensures that CTRUZ’s quality systems meet GDP and GMP standards. This includes oversight of supplier qualifications, management of quality technical agreements, and coordination of internal quality documentation and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support supplier qualification activities by organizing and maintaining documentation
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintenance of Quality Technical Agreements with partners
- Coordinate updates for Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure proper documentation for incoming medicinal products.
- Support internal audits and partner assessments.
- Help maintain quality records
Education:
- Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Experience:
- No prior industry experience required, but any exposure to pharmaceutical quality assurance is a plus.
Professional Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a small, agile team.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
