The Role
As International Commercial Manager, you will play a vital role in driving Ctruz’s commercial activities, handling customer requests, managing pricing workflows, supporting portfolio development, and contributing to revenue growth. You will act as a key link between commercial operations, customer coordination, and internal stakeholders.
This position requires strong commercial acumen, proactive communication, and the ability to manage varied responsibilities in a fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer requests for quotations via email and phone with competitive, accurate pricing.
- Maintain full traceability of all quotes.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships through clear communication and follow‑up.
- Conduct outbound follow‑ups on quotations to maximise conversion.
- Share portfolio and pricing insights with management to support strategic decisions.
- Escalate atypical commercial opportunities when appropriate.
- Support the creation of price lists across markets, including list prices, tender pricing, and partner agreements.
- Update internal systems to support accurate forecasting and sales tracking.
Portfolio & Pricing Management
– Manage product portfolio entries, updates, and lifecycle changes in collaboration with master data and customer service partners.
– Communicate product or price changes to customers.
– Support analysis and evaluation of new business leads and opportunities.
– Contribute to optimising commercial processes for scalability and efficiency.
General Expectations

Requirements
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Solid experience in customer engagement, commercial roles, or sales follow‑up.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Confidence in interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Self‑driven, structured, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Demonstrated success in managing long‑term commercial relationships and delivering sales results is a strong advantage.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is beneficial but not required.
